What do I need?
● Ingredients for 4 people:
● 200 g quinoa
● 500 g cooked beetroot
● 200 g feta cheese
● juice of 2 lemons
● salt, pepper
● up to 10 tablespoons of Orgula Junior BIO extra virgin olive oil
Lemon dressing
Pour a quarter or a third of the lemon juice into a dressing bottle (e.g., soft plastic, with a syringe) or bowl, add the spices, and pour in the olive oil. Cool before using. Shake well before adding the dressing to the salad.
How do I prepare?
Rinse the quinoa well before cooking. After cooking in salted water for about ten minutes, rinse and cool it, then place it in a salad bowl with sliced cooked beetroot and diced feta cheese, and season everything with lemon dressing. Stir, taste, garnish, and serve.
