Danijela Jurun has been employed at Orgula as an accountant since 2019. In her previous work experience at Orgula, she is most satisfied with the professional growth she has achieved, as well as the flexibility of the job. Namely, Danijela is a young mother who faced a shortage of places in kindergarten, but her employer came to her aid by allowing her to work from home.

“Such an approach is of great importance to me and I am grateful to Orgula for enabling me to reconcile family and business obligations in these circumstances. I must admit that everything works ‘like clockwork’, that is, that all business processes are running smoothly. All documentation required for work is digitalized and I can access it online, and I can communicate with my colleagues without any disruptions,” emphasizes Danijela.
Almost every typical workday is characterized by a dense intertwining of child and work responsibilities. “I start working before my child wakes up, and then after a break for feeding and walking, I continue again. And so throughout the day, motherhood and work tasks alternate, and I am satisfied because I have not had to put any sphere of life aside,” she says. However, she adds that in all this, she misses interaction with colleagues.
“You know what it’s like to miss your loved ones on a personal level. But it makes me happy how easily we’ve all adapted to my working from home and I’m also proud of the high level of collegiality I’m surrounded by,” she says.
As for Orgula as a workplace, there are more words of praise. Danijela says that, in addition to the opportunity to achieve her professional ambitions, it is an environment that greatly encourages self-improvement, self-improvement, and, to a large extent, proactivity in every employee.
“Being surrounded by colleagues and superiors who value initiative and encourage personal development is extremely motivating. Such an approach gives us a sense of belonging and importance, knowing that our opinion really counts. Thanks to the proactive approach of our workplace, I feel encouraged to constantly improve and set new goals for myself, which is key to maintaining a high level of motivation and satisfaction in the workplace,” he emphasizes.
