Production line
The Orgula plant in Dicmo is a modern equipped production facility co-financed by EU funds for rural development and with an implemented HACCP system.
The facility stores 75,000 liters of olive oil in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and in addition to a modern filling line with the possibility of filling glass and five containers from 100 ml to 2 liters, and large bulk packages from 5 to 1,000 liters, the facility has a closed a pipeline system for receiving and manipulating the oil to prevent any kind of contamination and oxidation.
The facility is certified for filling and storing organic olive oil and has 90 pallet spaces for storing finished products. All equipment is certified for the food industry, and there are also 40kW solar panels on the roof.
The work process includes oil reception, quality analysis, bottling, shipping and waste disposal. The plant started operating in 2020 and has 800 m2 floor plan, 1,600 m2 on two floors, 6 employees and modern rooms for dressing room, bathroom, rest and food.
