One of them is gregada, a traditional dish that, with a few carefully selected ingredients, provides a wealth of flavors and perfectly embodies the Dalmatian gastronomic tradition. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingredients for 4 people<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Fish&#8230;1.6 kg<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Potatoes (peeled)&#8230;0.60 kg<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Onion&#8230;0.50 kg<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Garlic&#8230;0.05 kg<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Parsley&#8230;0.05 kg<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Celery&#8230;0.05 kg<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Carrots&#8230;0.10 kg<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Cherry tomatoes&#8230;8 pcs<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Olive oil&#8230;0.15 L<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">White wine&#8230;0.15 L<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Salt&#8230;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Pepper&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparation<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Clean the fish and cut it into pieces of the desired size. In a suitable container, add olive oil and onion that we have cut into slices. Add garlic, carrots and potatoes that we have previously peeled and cut into 2 cm thick slices. Mix everything well and add celery and parsley. Pour in fish broth. Let it cook for 15 minutes. When the potatoes are half done, add the fish pieces and white wine and let it cook for another 15 minutes.
