A few simple things are enough: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a small basket, bag or box for collecting &#8220;found treasures&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">paper and pencil (or a pre-prepared list of things for the children to find)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">not necessary, but children might like it &#8211; a magnifying glass for observing details in nature<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The list includes simple tasks such as finding different leaves, interestingly shaped stones, fruits, twigs or flowers. It all depends on the location where you are.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Goal of the game:  <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The goal of the game is to encourage children to explore nature, notice details, and develop their curiosity. Through searching for different natural objects, children learn to distinguish shapes, colors, and textures, while also spending time moving and in the fresh air. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The game also encourages teamwork and communication if multiple children participate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Game rules:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The rules are simple and can be adapted to the age of the children:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A parent or game leader prepares a list of things that children need to find in nature.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each child gets their own basket or bag.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The children go on a search and try to find as many things from the list as possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is important to explain to children that nature should be respected \u2013 not to pull up growing plants and not to take anything that could damage the environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the game is over, everyone looks at what they found together and discusses what they discovered.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What is needed for the game: Organizing this game doesn&#8217;t require much preparation.
