Cool before using. Shake well before adding the dressing to the salad.<br \/>\n How do I prepare?<br \/>\n Rinse the quinoa well before cooking. After cooking in salted water for about ten minutes, rinse and cool it, then place it in a salad bowl with sliced \u200b\u200bcooked beetroot and diced feta cheese, and season everything with lemon dressing.
