Flower of salt is considered the finest and most prized form of sea salt. It is harvested by hand from the delicate layer of crystals that naturally form on the surface of the sea under perfect wind and sunlight conditions. Its exceptionally pure, light, and almost flaky structure gives fleur de sel a gentle yet highly aromatic salinity.

Because of its fragility and refinement, it is used exclusively as a finishing salt – sprinkled over dishes just before serving to enhance texture, elevate natural flavours, and deliver a distinctive gourmet experience.

Its crystals melt softly between the fingers, leaving a clean, elegant saltiness without any bitterness.

Serving suggestions: steak, fresh fish, carpaccio and tartare, salads, as a finishing touch for olive oil and butter, chocolate and caramel desserts
