What do I need?
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g linguine
- 4 tablespoons of Junior olive oil
- 1 onion (scallion)
- 200 g fresh mushrooms (e.g. champignons and oyster mushrooms)
- 500 g of frozen mushroom mixture
- 50 ml of white wine
- vegetable stock or pasta cooking water
- salt, pepper, marjoram
- 25 g butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
How do I prepare?
Heat and fry the onion (scallion), sliced fresh mushrooms and then frozen mushrooms in Junior olive oil. Pour in the white wine and, when it boils, the stock. Season and add the pre-cooked pasta. Cook for a short while, stirring. Add the butter, chopped parsley and adjust the seasoning.
