What do I need?
Ingredients for 4 people:
● 4 chicken breast fillets
● salt, pepper, sweet ground paprika
● 4 tablespoons + 2 tablespoons Junior olive oil
● 1 onion, sliced into thin rings
● 2 tomatoes, sliced into thin rounds
● 120 g pancetta, thinly sliced (feta)
How do I prepare?
Slice the chicken breast fillets into steaks, season and grill briefly on each side. Transfer the steaks to a smaller baking tray, top with onion and tomato rings and pancetta slices, then place in the oven to roast for 10 minutes. Serve the roasted chicken on a plate with the side dishes (preferably sautéed vegetables and baked potatoes). Drizzle the meat lightly with Junior olive oil.
