- 120 g small pasta
- 2 small carrots
- handful of cauliflower

- a little grated hard cheese (optional)
- a pinch of dried basil or parsley
Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut the carrots and cauliflower into smaller pieces and steam or cook them in a little water for about 5 to 7 minutes, until soft.
- Strain the vegetables and lightly chop them with a stick blender to get a creamy texture.
